Refund policy
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy:
In addition to our standard return policy, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. Within the first 14 days of your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund, and no explanation is required. All such returns will be subject to a 10% administration and re-stocking fee. In addition, our costs associated with freighting the product to you where the value of your order qualified for free delivery will be deducted from the refund.
* Unfortunately, custom made arrows and custom-made strings cannot be returned.
Lifetime Warranty for Metal Risers and Stabilizers:
Auckland Archery Supply is proud to offer a lifetime warranty for metal risers and stabilizers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product, starting from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the metal riser or stabilizer, please contact us to initiate the warranty process.
2-Year Warranty (Excluding Arrows and Bow Strings):
All other archery equipment is covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding arrows and bow strings. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with qualifying items, please contact our customer service team to initiate the warranty process.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any modifications made to the product.
