Are you an intermediate level archer** looking for some help in taking your archery to the next level?
Join us for a 3 hour archery session where we will work together exploring the following:
How to record and analyse your archery performance
Form and shot execution discussion
Different training protocols and when/how to use them
Bow tuning, the quick and simple version
You will need to bring:
Full recurve setup including at least 6 fletched arrows and 2-3 bare-shafts
USB stick (if you wish to keep any form videos from the camera setup) or a phone to record video
*Intermediate archer is broad and self-determined. At a minimum you should be comfortable with a clicker and shooting 18m on 40cm multi-spot faces. You should be confident in keeping consistent technique for 50-100 arrows.
